During the Marketing Process
- I promise to keep you up-to-date on the market conditions and the activity
in your neighborhood. I will also keep you informed of any changes that may
affect the salability of your home from change of interest rates to fluctuation
of surrounding home values.
- I will contact any and all buyers agents who may have shown your home and
follow-up with any feedback regarding pricing and condition. I will then relay
this information to you.
- Should your home not sell during an active market, we will review the pricing
and marketing and will have to reevaluate our strategy. At this point we may
need to make adjustments to achieve your goals.
- I will keep you informed and up to date and be assisting you throughout
the entire process, including through to close of escrow!
